So I have always been a very health conscious person, I’ve always tried to eat right- little to no juice just water, lots of vegetables and fruits and incorporate some exercise (kinda slow on the exercise part) and I have always been pleased with my weight, body and overall structure.. But since recently I have been slacking off and this has resulted in me gaining a couple pounds that I need to get rid of.
What’s the plan? A weight loss challenge, and I am pursuing this with no other than my Herbalife products and I encourage anyone who is serious about loosing weight and getting fit and healthy to join me on my weight loss journey using Herbalife. I will be hosting this challenge online via my Online Wellness Club. I will be detailing my everyday activities and my use of the Herbalife products and everyone to do the same.
